The Program
Simple, balanced and affordable, Kate Morgan adds delicious good taste to its sound scientific principles.

While on Kate Morgan you replace 2 meals a day with nutritionally complete meal replacement formulas. Most people prefer to replace breakfast and lunch (with snacks in between), then eat a meat and vegetable based evening meal.

Our meal replacement formulas are fortified with all the vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy while you lose weight. The range of available flavours not only tastes great, they keep you feeling fuller, longer.

For your evening meal, you can choose either to cook your own healthy dinner (according to Program portion sizes and specifications) or choose from our range or prepared calorie-controlled meals. Each prepared meal contains a single serve of meat seasoned with delicious fresh flavour. Just add 3 cups of vegetables. to complete your meal. Perfect when cooking for one or if you're running short on time, as they're microwave-heated in under 2 minutes.

For people wanting a tasty calorie controlled snack, Kate Morgan has a great range of Snack Bars.  There is also a great Bircher style Breakfast Cereal to get your day off to a good start. You can eat as many vegetables as you want on the Kate Morgan Weight Loss Program to help satisfy cravings, especially in the first few days. Here's an overview of what you can eat on the program:

Sample Daily Eating Plan

Breakfast 1 Kate Morgan meal replacement Formula
Morning Tea 1 Piece of Fruit
Lunch 1 Kate Morgan meal replacement shake or soup and 1 fresh salad (Optional)
Afternoon Tea 1 Piece of Fruit
Dinner 1 serve of protein or a Kate Morgan calorie-controlled prepared meal and a minimum of 3 cups of vegetables.
Snack 1 a day - from approved list
Optional Extras Fibre, Multivitamins, Chromium.

Eat more vegetables throughout the day if you are feeling hungry. There's also a list of additional extras you can eat at any time throughout the day to help keep you feeling satisfied.
